International Shipping Conditions
All Countries need to contact us for shipping evaluation!
Dego Motosport reserves the right to correct the method of the delivery of the item if is not conform to the chosen method in order.
Customer will be notified and will have to bear any eventual cost difference.
Once you have received the parcel you must verify that:
- the number of items corrisponds to the vector letter
- the package is intact and not damaged: any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier otherwise we will consider the product properly delivered. If the damage was rather obvious, please do not accept the delivery. If there are any anomalies please let us know.
Dego Motosport is not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the shipper. Delays in delivery do not, under any circumstances, be entitled to reimbursement.
All International Customers
All orders will be shipped with an original receipt on the box, which shows the full amount that you paid for the products you have purchased. This will ensure that your package processes through customs with no delays. If you need and Invoice please ask for it in the order form. If your details are different from Registration Form please include them. Some countries have import tax laws, in which case you would be liable to pay import tax on the items you buy from us. Please do your best to educate and familiarize yourself with these policies in your country. You may be responsible for paying these fees once you have received the package.
