Return Item Instruction

Dego Motosport, guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below to return the item.

1. Warranty Claims: we will assist with warranty isues; however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsability of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible fo manufacturer policy and /or processing.

2. Please inform us about the item you want to send back by mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it explaining what needs to be done.

3. Please send the package back wit a copy of the invoice and note within 30 days from the day you receive your order. Requests after 30 days are at our discretion. We will be glad to refund or exchange undamaged and unused items with no restocking fee within 30 days

4. All returns must be in new condition and include all original manufacturer's packaging. All closeout/blowout merchandise are final and can not be returned.

5. For item exchanges: Dego Motosport must wait to ship your product until the original item has been returned.

6. Always ensure package for the full retail value of the item.

7. Please return all items via ground shipping. Dego Motosport does not reimbourse the charges ot the expedition.
